Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once a course or booking has been confirmed.

Course Fees/ bookings

Courses and bookings are deemed as confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and once confirmation details have been sent via email or in written format.

Students who cancel 14 days prior to the start of the course are entitled to a 50% refund of course fees less the deposit.

Students who do not cancel a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the course shall not be entitled to any refund of fees.

Any outstanding balances on course fees are due 14 days prior to the start date of the course, or as arranged at the time of booking. If full payment of the course is not received 14 days from the start of the course, FourFour DJ Academy reserves the right to cancel your place on the course.

Cancellations & Amendments

Once a course has been confirmed, a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the start of the course is required to cancel or amend a booking and must be either in writing or by email.

If cancellation notice is not received in the specified time, the full course fee is chargeable.

FourFour DJ Academy reserves the right to change the course date up to 24hrs prior to the start of the course and will notify confirmed attendees by email as soon as the change is made.

Timekeeping & Illness

Course time lost due to lateness or illness cannot be transferred or made up. Any mitigating circumstances may be taken into consideration at the discretion of FourFour DJ Academy.

Any further tuition required due to lateness or illness will be charged at our standard rates.
